Pillars Of Leadership

Leadership failure has been the undoing of so many great systems, whenever there is a breach in quality leadership the consequences are often times very unpleasant. There are basic qualities a leader should possess that would engender quality leadership. Men want to see results not presentations, a leader must be active if success is his target.
Over the years we have seen men who have exhibited some of these qualities that makes for excellent leaders, From Moses who led Gods people out of bondage down to Solomon who was one of the wealthiest kings in Bible history. We are going to be exploring the secrets of lasting leadership, why some leaders enjoy successfull leadership stints and others don't. Pillars are used to strengthen and support buildings, therefore the more of these pillars you engage the stronger your leadership and the more support you gain while leading. Leadership is primarily about service, just as joining the military is a call to serve one's nation so also is leadership a call to serve humanity. Don't be a victim of wrong ideology, because only the right mentality secures the right approach which in turn secures the right results.
Don't lead like others lead, lead like one who has been exposed to the true kind of leadership, remember you are not yet a leader until you start pursuing a cause to a point where people are convinced to join you in your pursuit. Start doing something that will have a positive impact on humanity and you'll discover that people will be willing to help you to realize that goal. Only busy men deserve help, idle men don't deserve help. God created man and set clear goals for him before providing help for him.(Gen2:15&18). Leadership is as simple as saying "Hey folks I have been chasing after this dog to return it to its owner, anyone interested in helping me catch it" rather than " Hey you, you and you chase after that dog, catch it and return it to its owner". The former is leadership while the latter is dictatorship, don't be an oppressor, choose the right path today. As we examine these pillars of leadership, get set to see leadership from an entirely different point of view. Remain blessed....
